Four Enchanting Seasons

During Winter Efteling, the entire theme park transforms into a breathtaking snowy kingdom. Thousands of glowing fairy lights drape over frost-tipped branches, warm open bonfires crackle on royal courtyards, and festive music echoes through the trees.

As the chill recedes, the 72-hectare fairytale estate bursts into vibrant life with over 200,000 hand-planted Dutch tulips, daffodils, and blossoming magnolia trees. The gentle spring breeze carries birdsong through the Marerijk forest canopy.

During midsummer, Efteling stays open late into the warm night until 22:00. Every park realm hosts vibrant street spectacles, acrobats, roving troubadours, food trucks, and illuminated garden parties.

In autumn, Efteling's mature forest turns deep amber, copper, and crimson. Fog curls around the gothic arches of Danse Macabre in Huyverwoud, creating the park's most atmospheric and photogenic season.
