Efteling is dedicated to welcoming every guest. Discover our Facility Pass, attraction transfer criteria, complimentary wheelchair rentals, quiet rooms, and sensory guidance.
Guests with a disability who are unable to wait in regular queue lines can request an Efteling Facility Pass. This pass allows you and up to three companions to use the dedicated accessible entrance at each attraction.
Submit an online request via the Efteling website at least 3 days prior to your visit, or visit the Guest Service Desk (Klantenservice) at the main entrance.
Bring an official medical declaration (e.g., Autipas, European Disability Card, or medical note stating queue difficulty without mentioning diagnosis).
